Video that led to Bobrisky’s arrest by the EFCC shows him mishandling Naira notes. Shortly after the arrest of the controversial lifestyle influencer Bobrisky Okuneye, a video allegedly showing him mishandling Naira notes has surfaced.
The EFCC summoned the 31-year-old crossdresser following a video report of him spraying and displaying bundles of new Naira notes at the premiere of a movie, “Ajakaju,” produced by Eniola Ajao, a Nollywood actress and producer, at Film One Circle Mall, Lekki, Lagos on March 24, 2024.
In the video, Bobrisky is seen spraying money on singer Segun Johnson while receiving praise from the singer.
The EFCC revealed in a statement on its Instagram page, accusing the transwoman of repeating the offense multiple times at various events.
It stated that once the investigation is concluded, Bobrisky may face charges in court if found guilty of the offenses.
