The makeup artist, known as @kikismakeover_, took to her TikTok page to narrate her arduous three-month quest for a suitable shop space in Lagos.
Faced with the scarcity of available rental spaces and soaring rental prices, she ultimately had to settle for a less-than-ideal shop.
Undeterred by the shop’s dilapidated appearance, she embarked on a renovation project to convert the space into a suitable studio for her business.
The transformation was truly astonishing. @kikismakeover_ posted a captivating video showcasing the dramatic makeover of the shop.
The once crumbling ceiling was replaced with a sleek POP design, and the entire space received a fresh coat of paint.
Additionally, she invested in creating partitions using blocks, optimizing the space for her makeup business.
