The announcement came after a recent controversy involving Pastor Paul Enenche’s disputed testimony, which unexpectedly brought forth opportunities for Anyim Veronica Nnenna, a graduate of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Azubuike Ihemeje, the chairman of Portland Resorts Hotel in Port Harcourt, revealed the news on Facebook following discussions with a communication company.
Azubuike shared that Anyim Veronica Nnenna, affectionately known as Vera, would be presented with the premium satellite phone upon her arrival at the hotel for an all-expenses-paid weekend getaway.
“Exciting News! Ulefone HOUSE, a communication company, has pledged to gift Vera Anyim, an esteemed NOUN alumna, one of their top-of-the-line satellite phones valued at 1.8 million Naira as soon as she checks in at Portland Resorts this weekend. It’s truly a gesture of Pure Grace!” Azubuike expressed in a Facebook post.
He further specified that the device would be handed over to her during the hotel’s anniversary celebration, reaffirming her position as their current brand ambassador.
“The phone will be delivered to her at Portland Resort in Port Harcourt, where she’ll be treated to an exclusive premium vacation. As we mark our one-year anniversary this Sunday, April 21, 2024, we’re also unveiling our luxury cinema and VVIP Lounge Club, for which Vera serves as the esteemed brand ambassador,” he elaborated.
