A Nigerian lady has broken her silence, recounting the incident that led to her being sacked just 3 hours into her new job.

Previously, it was reported that a lady was shocked after her managing director fired her only 3 hours into her new role. Many people commented with various reactions, and the lady has now taken to social media to explain what happened.

She revealed that the NYSC had posted her to the company, where she completed her documentation. She started her job in the first week of June, as instructed.

While working at her desk, the interviewer informed her that the MD wanted to see her. She described the verbal exchange in the room, where the MD dismissed her because her degree wasn’t what the company needed, even though she had the necessary skills for the department she was assigned to.
