The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards took place on Wednesday night, September 11, at New York’s UBS Arena, hosted by rapper Megan Thee Stallion. Eminem opened the show with Jelly Roll, and other performers included Camila Cabello, Chappell Roan, GloRilla, and Lenny Kravitz.
Taylor Swift and Post Malone Lead the Night
Taylor Swift led the nominations with 12, while Post Malone followed with 11. Swift emerged as the night’s big winner, securing seven awards, including Video of the Year for her collaboration with Post Malone on “Fortnight.” Post Malone won five awards in total.
