Why the Nigerian Government is Afraid to Arrest Bobrisky – Insights from Social Media Influencer Solomon Buchi. Social media influencer Solomon Buchi has sparked discussions online by shedding light on why the Nigerian government hesitates to arrest crossdresser Bobrisky.
Bobrisky, also known as Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju, has been dominating online conversations recently.
A few days ago, Bobrisky engaged in a heated argument with activist VeryDarkBlackMan, resulting in the latter’s detention since Friday, March 22nd, 2024.
Their dispute began when VeryDarkBlackMan accused Bobrisky of violating Nigerian laws by sharing a video of himself with another man and flaunting his earnings from it.
Additionally, on March 25th, 2024, Bobrisky trended online for winning the Best Dressed Female award at a movie premiere and receiving N1 million.
This development received criticism, with Portable calling out Bobrisky and suggesting that individuals like him should be in jail rather than winning awards over actresses.
In response, Bobrisky retaliated by cursing Portable and threatening to ensure his imprisonment.
Solomon Buchi weighed in on the situation, asserting that Bobrisky has influential connections in Nigeria, including within the police, judiciary, and political circles. He attributed Bobrisky’s confidence to his political support.
The social media influencer also questioned who specifically is shielding Bobrisky.
