Venezuelan Gang Allegedly Takes Over Colorado Apartment Complex
A tense situation is unfolding in Colorado, where residents claim that members of a notorious Venezuelan gang are taking control of entire apartment complexes. Shocking footage shows the men heavily armed as they roam the halls.
In a recent video from an Aurora apartment complex, six men are seen patrolling the premises, climbing staircases, and aggressively knocking on doors. Disturbingly, five of them are visibly armed.
One man is carrying what appears to be an assault rifle, equipped with a sizable scope, while the others brandish handguns as they move through the building.
The Tren de Aragua gang, known for its violent activities in Venezuela, has been reportedly causing issues in Denver and now in Aurora, a suburb once known for its tranquility.
Aurora city council member Dani Jurinsky has voiced concerns, claiming that the gang has taken over several apartment complexes in the area.
The video has gained significant attention on social media and has caught the eye of the Denver Police Department. In a statement released Wednesday, the police acknowledged the potential connection between the gang and recent crimes but stated that they have no evidence of apartment buildings being “taken over” in Denver. However, the video in question was filmed in Aurora.
Regardless of the specifics, the situation is alarming and raises serious concerns about public safety in the area.
