Nina Agdal Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Influencer: “We Never Met!
Nina Agdal isn’t holding back when it comes to online trolls—she has just filed a defamation lawsuit against social media influencer Hassan Haider for spreading false and damaging accusations about her.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Agdal claims that Haider fabricated a story in August and September 2023, alleging that he had a sexual encounter with her in a bathroom after showing her a bag of cocaine. Haider claimed they met at a bar in Los Angeles, where she supposedly traded sex for drugs.
Agdal asserts that these accusations are entirely false and that Haider broadcasted his lies during a livestream and in a YouTube video.
The lawsuit also suggests that Haider’s motive was to boost his online presence by piggybacking on a broader campaign to harass her. Agdal believes that Haider’s actions were part of a smear campaign initiated by MMA fighter Dillon Danis to generate publicity for his upcoming fight against her fiancé, Logan Paul, in October 2023.
In the lead-up to the fight, Danis targeted Agdal with bullying messages on his X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram accounts, which were viewed billions of times, according to the lawsuit.
Agdal is suing Haider for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims, seeking unspecified damages. Attempts to reach Haider for comment have so far been unsuccessful.
