Why I Didn’t settle Burna Boy and Davido’s Fight, Peruzzi Explains. During an episode of the Zero Conditions podcast with hosts Melody, Excel, and Motolani Alake, Peruzzi, the Afropop artist, revealed that, being older than both artists, he felt powerless to intervene.

Despite the disagreement over Burna’s song “Pull Up,” Peruzzi maintains a positive relationship with the self-proclaimed African Giant. He believes that Burna Boy and Davido will eventually resolve their differences without external interference.

In the interview, Peruzzi discloses that Burna Boy released the song “Pull Up” without informing him, even though he wrote the song and was supposed to be part of it. However, he attributes the incident to the industry’s norms at that time and emphasizes that they harbored no ill will towards each other.

When asked if the tension between Burna and Davido affected their relationship, Peruzzi responds, “No, it never did. First of all, I am older than both of them, and I have never been disrespectful to anybody. I have never been a yes man. I will always tell you how things are… Because even when they were quarreling [chuckles], I didn’t try to settle it because it was deeper than normal. You know they are brothers now. They will still settle, don’t worry.”
