Shocking Scandal Unfolds: Security Guard Allegedly Impregnates Three Students in Anambra Anglican School
A surprising incident unfolded at the Queen’s Convent School in Awka, Anambra State, where a security guard is alleged to have impregnated three students.
According to reports from Punch, the security guard, a man in his early 30s from Akwa Ibom State, had recently started working at the school. The affected students are currently in SSS 2, and the school is under the ownership of the Anglican Diocese of Awka.
As of now, the school authorities have not made any decisions regarding this situation. However, an unnamed teacher from the school revealed that one of the pregnant girls attempted suicide by trying to jump from a staircase in the hostel building. Fortunately, she was saved by fellow students and teachers.
The teacher stated, “The students had been complaining to the school authorities over the activities of the security man, but they refused to act. The gateman puts on earrings with tattoos which he used in deceiving the innocent young students. Some of us did not like the idea of bringing young men of about 28-30 years as security men in a female school. Even the students wanted older men who would treat them like their daughters, but it was a collective decision by the authorities, yet, their own daughters are not here.”
In light of this revelation, some parents who spoke with journalists anonymously expressed their intention to withdraw their children from the school, citing concerns that missionary schools were no longer as they used to be.
